The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Rajkiya Mahavidyalaya has been established in accordance with the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) to promote quality enhancement and sustained academic excellence in higher education.
