Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Government Postgraduate College was established in 1993 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in collaboration with local social workers. At present, the college is affiliated with Prof. Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University, Prayagraj, and offers undergraduate and postgraduate education in various faculties (Arts, Science, and Commerce). The college has been accredited with B Grade by NAAC, which reflects its commitment to quality higher education. Through education, the college strives to develop qualities such as truthfulness, non-violence, brotherhood, selflessness, and dedication among students.

In today’s society, where human values and ethics are declining, our institution works towards the all-round development of students by keeping them engaged in educational activities while also nurturing moral, spiritual, and patriotic values.
