About The Movement

The Rovers and Rangers programme is the senior students’ wing of the worldwide Scouts and Guides Movement dedicated to discipline, leadership, social service, patriotism, and personality development.

Who Are Rovers & Rangers?

Rovers are male student volunteers and Rangers are female student volunteers who participate in leadership training, community service, adventure activities, and nation-building programmes.

The spirit of service forms the foundation of all Rovers and Rangers activities. Students actively contribute to society through awareness campaigns, cleanliness drives, environmental programmes, blood donation support, and community welfare initiatives.
